Features
Help Center software: publish articles, use your own hostname
Knowledge base software on Xupport is Markdown articles you publish when they are ready. Drafts stay private. You may point a hostname at the public help center.

Help Center custom domain
In Settings you save a hostname, point a CNAME at the public site, and verify DNS. Until that passes, /help/your-slug still works. That is help center software with an optional custom domain — not a separate Docs SKU.
Articles the AI can cite
Write the answer you already repeat. Categories group articles. Related pages can be set. The assistant answers only from published articles. If you leave every bot category unchecked, it may use all published articles. If you check some, that list is an allowlist.
Customer ticket link
The help center is public. The customer ticket link is separate: a signed URL so someone can see their own threads and reply, without a customer account.
Price
Help Center is on every plan from US$49/mo. Publish two articles before you turn the assistant on.
