A customer portal without customer accounts
Customer portal software on Xupport is a signed URL, not a login product. People see their own tickets. Private notes never appear there.

How the link works
Outbound email includes a signed “View your tickets” link. People can request a fresh 14-day link. Search engines are told not to index those URLs. It is not a help-center login wall.
What they see
Their conversations and public replies. Not internal notes, not other customers, not Settings. They can reply on the thread.
With the help center
The help center is public articles. The ticket link is their case. Both exist on every plan.
