Help centre
Articles you publish. Drafts stay private.
Publish answers your customers can find themselves. The public help site is on this host, at /help/your-slug, or on a hostname you verify.
Write and publish
Knowledge in the app. Markdown body. Optional category. Unpublished articles are for your team only — including the ? insert in the inbox. The public site shows published articles, grouped by category.
You can turn a resolved or closed ticket into a draft article (Save to KB), then edit and publish.
Contact form
/contact/your-slug opens a ticket with channel form. The help centre links there. Name and email land on the ticket.
Your own hostname
Settings → Help. Save a hostname (for example help.yourdomain.com). In DNS, CNAME that host to the public Xupport site. Click verify. We check that the name resolves to the same addresses as our public host. Until that passes, /help/your-slug still works.
Reserved: localhost, *.xupport.io, and Railway hosts. You cannot claim those.
Language
Public chrome exists in English, Spanish, French, and German. Set the workspace locale under Brand.
