Use cases
Helpdesk for SaaS: in-app widget, help center, API and webhooks
In-app widget, published docs, and an API that is not locked to Scale. That is the SaaS setup Xupport actually ships.
Last updated 2026-10-09.
The scenario
Your product already has a docs site or needs one. Paste the widget in the app. Publish API limits, billing, and “how to invite a user” as Markdown. The assistant cites those pages. Webhooks tell your own tools when a ticket changes. People sign in with Google or email on every plan.
Setup in 15 minutes
- Register a workspace.
- Paste the widget in the app shell.
- Publish two articles that you already answer in Slack.
- Rotate the API token and webhook secret in Settings.
- Subscribe when the trial ends if the queue is real.
Which plan
Starter US$49/mo if three people own support. Growth US$129/mo for Slack and ten seats. Scale US$399/mo for 25+ seats. Teams of 11–24 start on Scale, with room to grow.
