Use cases
IT helpdesk: internal requests via form or Slack (Growth and Scale)
Internal requests can be a form or, on Growth and Scale, Slack channels. They become tickets. Publish how-to articles so the assistant can cite them after hours.
Last updated 2026-10-09.
The scenario
Someone submits “VPN onboarding” on the form. Someone else posts in #it-help on Slack. On Growth or Scale both are tickets. Starter still has the form, email, and widget — not Slack. There are no departments; tag by site or team.
Setup
- Create the workspace.
- Add form or inbound email for requests.
- Publish VPN, access, and hardware articles.
- On Growth or Scale, connect the Slack channels you already use.
- Set after-hours bot if you want citations when the team is away.
Which plan
Form-only: Starter US$49/mo. Slack ticketing: Growth US$129/mo or Scale US$399/mo.
