Marketing pricing cards show yearly as ten months at the monthly rate, not a rounded fake monthly.

2026-10-07 — Bot searches the knowledge base

Rewrite no longer marks ordinary questions offtopic before search. Cite-or-decline still applies after retrieval. Widget visitors can be blocked.

2026-10-06 — Compare table, stills, public API, Slack, mail

On-site compare with dated list prices. Signed webhooks with retries and public ticket CRUD. Slack reply and triage on several channels (Growth and Scale). Inbound mail, CSAT links, custom hostname path.

2026-10-05 — Widget files, form, live inbox

Visitors can set name and email, attach files, and use an embeddable form. Agent attachments show in the messenger. The inbox list stays live when a new chat arrives. SLA clock and trial nudge on the desk.
