One conversation, one ticket
Chat, email and forms all become a numbered ticket in the same inbox, so nothing gets lost between channels. Slack is available on the Growth and Scale plans.
Company
Xupport is helpdesk software for teams of any size. It puts every customer conversation in one place, charges per workspace instead of per seat, and uses AI that only says what your help articles say.
Most helpdesks get more expensive every time you hire. Add a person and the bill goes up. Turn on AI and you may pay again for every resolution. Meanwhile, customers write in from the chat widget, email and forms, and the conversations end up scattered across tools.
We wanted a helpdesk that stays simple: one inbox, one price, and answers you can trust.
Chat, email and forms all become a numbered ticket in the same inbox, so nothing gets lost between channels. Slack is available on the Growth and Scale plans.
You pay per workspace, not per seat. Starter is US$49/mo, Growth is US$129/mo and Scale is US$399/mo. Each plan includes seats and AI replies, and yearly billing gives you two months free.
Xupport’s AI answers only from the help articles you publish. If your articles do not cover the question, it hands the conversation to a person and does not guess. Workspace owners and admins choose whether visitors see an assistant label. Staff can see which replies the assistant wrote.
We try to say what the product does, what it costs and what it does not do, without hype.
Each workspace is kept separate from the others at the database level. You can sign in with Google or email, and you can turn on an authenticator app and revoke sessions. The security page has the details.
Start a workspace and use it for five days. If it fits, pick a plan. If it does not, you have lost nothing.
