Features
A live chat widget that opens a real ticket
Website chat software on Xupport is not a toy messenger. The visitor thread is the same numbered ticket your team sees in the shared inbox.

Install live chat for your website
Settings → Widget. Copy the snippet. Put it before </body> on a page you control. Treat the widget key like a password. Set brand color and locale. Visitors can set a name and email on the thread. Offline messages queue. After you resolve, you can ask for a 1–5 CSAT score.
Why chat should be a ticket
If chat lives in a separate product, you paste transcripts into email. Here the chat already has a number, an assignee, SLA, and the same notes model as mail. That is the live chat to ticket model.
Presence, files, and the bot
The assistant may reply on new visitor messages when you turn it on, if published articles cover the question. If an agent has the ticket open, the bot stays silent. Agent file attachments show to the customer in the messenger. You can block a widget visitor from Settings.
Plan and trial
The widget is on every plan, including Starter at US$49/mo. The five-day trial includes the widget. After day five, public channels pause until the owner subscribes.

- Can visitors attach files?
