Use cases
Helpdesk for ecommerce: orders in one inbox, articles for shipping
Order and parcel questions should land in one numbered-ticket inbox. Publish shipping and returns articles. The assistant cites those articles or a person takes the ticket.
Last updated 2026-10-09.
The scenario
Someone chats “where is my order?” while someone else emails a return. On Xupport those are two tickets in one shared inbox. Tags and search find the order id if it is in the thread. Xupport works with any storefront through the widget, email and API. There is no Shopify app. Publish the shipping and returns articles you already write.
Setup in 15 minutes
- Create a workspace (five-day trial).
- Paste the widget on the storefront.
- Publish shipping, returns, and “how to change an address” articles.
- Turn the assistant on. Ask something the article covers, then something it does not.
- Point inbound email if you still use a support@ address.
Which plan
