Live chat on your site is not a separate product. The thread a visitor sees is the same ticket your team sees in the inbox.

Install

Settings → Widget. Copy the script. It includes your organisation id, a key, and the API host. Paste it before </body>. Rotate the key if it leaks.

What visitors see

Circular launcher. Rounded panel. Your logo or the first letter of the workspace name. Your accent colour tints the chrome if you set one under Brand. English, Spanish, French, and German strings follow the workspace locale.

After you resolve

If CSAT is on, the widget can ask for a 1–5 score on that ticket. Turn it off in Settings → Ops.

The key

Anyone with the snippet can open chats into your inbox. That is the point of a public widget. Do not put a staging key on a production site. Do not commit the key to a public repo.
