Slack on the ticket (Growth and Scale)
Connect Slack from Settings on Growth (US$129/mo) or Scale (US$399/mo). Messages in the channels you pick become tickets in the same inbox as chat and email. This is not included on Starter.

What exists
Settings install. Several channels. Replies from the inbox go back to Slack. Bot scopes include users:read and users:read.email. Interactivity is wired for actions. There is no Slack Marketplace listing.
What does not exist
Not on Starter. Not a Marketplace app. Not a replacement for Slack Connect to arbitrary other companies.
