Canned replies are saved answers. On Xupport you insert a help article from the ticket or use Copilot for a draft — nothing sends until you send it.

Canned replies (macros) are reused answers. Xupport does not ship a separate macro builder. Insert a published article from the ticket, or ask Copilot for a draft. The draft stays unsent until a person sends it.
